Comtrad was founded in 1977 by two entrepreneurs who had the vision to recognize the value and potential of Asian Manufacturing.

Commencing with chair casters and small parts over three decades the company has grown in multiple product offerings through Comtrad’s Unique sourcing ability.

Comtrad established working relationships with over twenty five manufactures both in China and Taiwan; relationships which have endured both time and change.

Today Comtrad provides Global Sourcing for its extensive Core Product offering, as well as, specialized custom OEM products.

With over three decades of experience Comtrad OEM offers an innovative approach to outsourced manufacturing, utilizing our strategic global sourcing and logistic experience.

Comtrad was among the first companies to recognize the emerging capabilities of Asian manufacturing companies to produce quality custom designed products, not just inexpensive commodity items.
